1. Shipping Methods
🚢 Sea Freight (DDP Terms)

We primarily use sea freight under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, ensuring customers do not need to handle customs clearance or tax matters.

📦 Small Batches / Urgent Orders

Air freight and courier services are available. Specific costs and timelines will be customized based on customer needs.
2. Logistics Process
1⃣ Order Confirmation:

Shipment will be arranged after the balance payment is received.

2⃣ Transportation Arrangement:

A tracking number will be provided.
Logistics information can be tracked once the goods arrive in the destination country.

3⃣ Customs Clearance & Delivery:

We handle full customs clearance and arrange door-to-door delivery.
3. Shipping Costs & Timelines
Shipping costs are calculated based on the volume, weight of the goods, and the destination (all-inclusive DDP price).
Expedited shipping can be arranged to shorten delivery time (additional fees apply).
4. Notes
⚠ Customers are required to provide:

Accurate delivery information, including the recipient’s name, phone number, and address (for customs clearance).
Special packaging requirements must be specified in advance.

📅 Timeline Notes:

The above timelines are estimated and may be affected by force majeure factors such as weather or customs delays.
5. Issue Handling
Delayed shipments: We will assist in following up and notify customers of progress.
Damaged goods during transportation: Handled in accordance with the Return & Exchange Policy.
